The i3 Process

Creative processes/teams generate new and novel solutions that address innovation targets.

4. Prioritize Solution Set:
Apply stakeholder business, commercial and technical criteria to build balanced portfolio of solutions.

Phase 3
Concept Definition

1. Concept Synthesis:
Combine and embody solutions into tangible visions of future product or services.

2. Concept Testing + Development:
Structured testing of concept variants with key stakeholders matures design to reflect feedback.

3. Create Customer Requirements Specification:
Generate controlled document which captures and ensures design intent is maintained throughout subsequent product development process.

4. Deliver Final Concept Recommendation:
Visually communicates a final products or service concept vision and it's journey from market insights to inception.
